If you could offer only two words of comfort, try these … “Ty Hafan.” Ty Hafan, The Children’s Hospice in Wales provides respite, palliative and end of life care for children who suffer from conditions which mean that they will not reach adulthood and includes family support and bereavement counselling. This service is completely free to all the families that use Ty Hafan and currently costs around £2.5 million a year. Please give generously and make a difference to these children and their families.
