Undoubtedly one of the best Kate Bush tribute acts ever, Cloudbusting announce their live show at The Globe!
Led by extraordinary Kate Bush sing-a-like Lisa Oliver, Cloudbusting lovingly recreate the ethereal, elemental and exotic material the raven-haired 70’s star is so famous for.
Kate’s original bassist and long-time collaborator Del Palmer has thoroughly endorsed them, stating that Lisa’s vocals are the closest to Kate’s he has ever heard. He struggled to tell whether their version of Army Dreamers was the original or not!
Cloudbusting’s live show provides a beautiful deconstruction and reconstruction of the back catalogue, often having to reimagine tracks that Kate never actually performed live.
The result is a breathtaking reinvention of music from all eras of her career, right up to her latest album, 2011’s 50 Words For Snow.
Kate Bush fan or not, this is certainly not one to be missed.
