‘What does my welsh life mean to me?’
This is the question that is being asked of community artists in order to inspire them to create beautiful artwork for another breathtaking exhibition led by Tonypandy based Craft of Hearts .
This event will include 2 and 3d artwork using a variety of art mediums. The impressive Dewi Yr Ddraig will once more preside over the proceedings!
The presentation at The Senedd, Cardiff Bay on Wednesday, August 24 from 11am will support the Senedd Summer Fun event which runs from 27th – 29th August. Craft of Hearts will offer free fabric sculpting make ‘n’ takes, painting with powertex demos, mixed media tag making demos and traditional spinning and knowing hands on demos!

For those who wish to create some artwork for this and need space to create in we are offering Open Art Days at Craft of Hearts Community Craft Centre in Tonypandy on Friday August, 5th 11am-7pm, Friday 12th August 1pm-7pm and Friday 19th August 11-7. Half day sessions cost just £5. Please bring your own materials and we will be on hand to support in any way we can.
