Esther Nagle presents yoga classes at Cwmclydach Community Centre on Mondays starting from April 16, 2018, 7pm to 8.30pm. This project is on trial for eight weeks and it is £6 per week or £25 for a 5 week booking. For more details call 07897 447844 or email esther@balanceandbreathe.co.uk
This 90 minute Yoga class will help you to relax your body, release stress and tension, tone and strengthen muscles, improve sleep, increase the quality of your breath, focus your mind and much more. Through a series of breathing practices and body postures, you will improve your health and wellbeing and leave the class feeling well stretched, relaxed and at peace. This is a gentle but powerful Hatha yoga class, you are unlikely to leave sweaty and feeling like you have done a workout, but you will leave feeling glad you came!
Additionally, if you have any pre-existing conditions that may affect your ability to participate in this class, please get in touch and Esther can advise accordingly.
You can bring your own Yoga mat if you have one, or I will have one you can borrow. Please bring a bottle of water and a blanket, and wear loose clothes you can comfortably stretch in.
