At the end of this week, Melissa Warren will be representing www.makersguildinwales.org.uk, whose home is Craft in The Bay in Cardiff Bay, at the 3rd event “Made By Hand” at Tredegar House, near Newport. www.madebyhand-wales.co.uk Jewellers Rauni Higson and Mandy Nash will be on the same stand. “Made By Hand” showcases the work of many of the most exciting applied artists and makers in the UK, including a good Welsh representation. There are also workshops and demonstrations, it is a day experience, entry is £6, bookable in advance if desired, see the webiste above. Opening times 11-5.00 Fri, 10.-5.00 Sat and Sun.
