Gareth Thompson joins CJCH from HCB in Solihull as head of the Commercial Department and Nerys Thomas, a highly regarded Cardiff litigator is leading the Dispute Resolution team. Collectively, they will steer the newly formed CJCH Mediation service.
Gareth and Nerys bring a wealth of expertise to enable the Practice to provide a full range of services for commercial clients and resolve a wide range of commercial and educational disputes and conflicts quickly, easily and cost effectively.
The firm’s growth also involves the opening of new offices in Bristol and London, with the Bristol office in the thriving area of Prince Street, and the London office in Mayfair, servicing their high value property clients within the City.
Gareth has assisted individual and corporate clients as a solicitor in a wide range of commercial, civil and employment matters for over 30 years. Nerys is a well-established litigator accustomed to acting for a variety of entities. Acutely aware of cost concerns within disputes, Nerys looks for alternative routes wherever possible to bring matters to a swift resolution for her clients.
