I, Rob Jones from World of Words cycled to the Nantgarw section of the Taff Trail and that 25 miles or so there and back was enough for me! However, the purpose of the jaunt was to meet Ryan Addis for the last leg of his athletic adventure. However, unlike me Ryan was completing an epic bike odyssey from Toulouse to Tonypandy in a dozen amazing days and quite frankly he deserves to be knighted

Toulouse to Tonypandy and 12 days on a bike riding to help the local kids of World of Words. Ryan Addis you are a legend! Here he is coming back on the final stretches of his mammoth experience and heading back to his Charles Street, Tonypandy home. Epic stuff and many thanks to Ryan on completing this challenge and being a great bloke! It was a happy 45th birthday to the man man as well – The Ryan King arise!
