This uplifting card and a box of chocolates came from the Year 6 group and the lovely messages included prove the worth of World of Words i.e. www.worldofwords.educationwhich is a local initiative that assists primary school pupils with their literacy and well-being while also introducing role models from a range of different facets of society. The scheme also promotes a rewards programme that has seen many families benefit.
WOW is a treasured element in the school lives of local youngsters and more schools are welcome to join the project. The scheme also relies on grant support and donation to enable their work. For more details email: worldofwordswales@gmail.com
